UGC Creator Program — Privacy Policy

Chatter Buzz Media, LLC (“Chatter Buzz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of all participants in the Chatter Buzz UGC Creator Program (“Program”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you apply to, participate in, or interact with the Program and the Chatter Buzz UGC Creator Platform (“Platform”).

By submitting an application through the Platform or participating in the Program, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2.1. Information You Provide. When you apply to or participate in the Program, we may collect the following personal information: your full legal name, email address, phone number, mailing address, PayPal account information (email associated with your PayPal account), social media handles and profile links, portfolio links, date of birth (for age verification), tax identification information (for 1099 reporting purposes), and any other information you voluntarily provide in your application or communications with us.

2.2. Information Collected Automatically. When you access the Platform, we may automatically collect certain technical information, including: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, access times and dates, pages viewed on the Platform, and referral URLs.

2.3. Content-Related Information. In connection with Assignments, we may collect information about your Content deliverables, revision history, communication records, performance metrics, and feedback.

We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:

• To process and evaluate your application to the Program.
• To communicate with you regarding Assignments, feedback, revisions, and Program updates.
• To process payments via PayPal for completed Assignments.
• To comply with tax reporting obligations, including issuing Form 1099-NEC.
• To administer and improve the Platform and the Program.
• To enforce our Terms of Service and protect our legal rights.
• To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.
• To resolve disputes and troubleshoot problems.

4.1. No Sale of Personal Information. Chatter Buzz does not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes or any other reason. Your personal data is not a commodity and will never be treated as one.

4.2. No Sharing with Clients. We do not share your personal contact information, payment details, tax information, or any other personal data with our Clients or Brands. Chatter Buzz acts as the sole intermediary between Creators and Clients. Clients receive only the Content you create — never your personal information.

4.3. Limited Exceptions. We may disclose your personal information only in the following limited circumstances:

• When required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request.
• To enforce our Terms of Service or protect the rights, property, or safety of Chatter Buzz, our Clients, or others.
• With your explicit written consent.
• To our professional advisors (attorneys, accountants, auditors) who are bound by professional confidentiality obligations.
• To payment processors (PayPal) solely for the purpose of processing your compensation — limited to the minimum information necessary to complete the transaction.

5.1. Security Measures. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission, access controls limiting who can view your information, secure storage of payment and tax information, and regular review of our data collection and storage practices.

5.2. Access Limitations. Access to your personal information is restricted to Chatter Buzz team members who need it to perform their job functions in connection with the Program. All team members with access to personal data are subject to confidentiality obligations.

5.3. No Guarantee. While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to promptly notifying you in the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, as required by applicable law.

6.1. Active Participants. We retain your personal information for as long as you are an active participant in the Program and as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

6.2. After Termination. Following termination of your participation in the Program, we will retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to: fulfill any outstanding legal or contractual obligations, comply with tax reporting and record-keeping requirements (typically seven (7) years for tax records), resolve disputes and enforce our agreements, and comply with applicable laws and regulations.

6.3. Deletion Requests. Subject to our legal retention obligations, you may request deletion of your personal information by contacting us at legal@chatterbuzzmedia.com. We will respond to your request within thirty (30) calendar days and will delete or anonymize your data unless retention is required by law.

We only share the minimum information necessary with third-party service providers to facilitate the Program (e.g., payment processing), and we require these providers to protect your information in accordance with applicable laws.

The Program is not intended for individuals under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a minor, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from this Privacy Policy shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
